Candidates are advised in their own interest to download the “Information Brochure” from this website and read it carefully before applying and ensure that they meet the required eligibility criteria. उम्मीदवारों को इस वेबसाइट से "सूचना विवरणिका" डाउनलोड करने और इसे ध्यान से पढ़ने के लिए अपने स्वयं के हित में सलाह दी जाती है। आवेदन करने से पहले सुनिश्चित करें कि वे आवश्यक पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने के दौरान प्रदान किए गए सूचना और अन्य विवरणों को प्रस्तुत करने से पहले क्रॉस चेक होना चाहिए। आवेदन भरने के लिए केवल गूगल क्रोम   ब्राउज़र का ही इस्तेमाल करने की सलाह दी जाती है। कृपया जावास्क्रिप्ट सक्षम करें।

Instruction for filling Online Registration Form

• Please keep proof of remittance of fee for future reference.
• Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the prospectus.
• Please also keep computer generated confirmation page of Registration form.
• Please take new printouts after any modification done in the Registration form.
• The Candidate is required to mention only his/her own or parent's mobile number.
• Please be extremely careful while entering email id and mobile
• All information/communication will be sent on registered Email/ mobile number only.
• Candidate Photo, Signature should be in JPG/JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 100 KB only).
• Scanned Marksheet should be in JPG/JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 120 KB only).
• Scanned Weightage Certificate (if any) in JPG/JPEG format (Maximum upload size is 120 KB only).
• Please keep Scanned image of Photograph, Signature, Intermediate Marksheet ready before filling form.

ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म भरने के लिए निर्देश

• कृपया भविष्य के संदर्भ के लिए आवेदन शुल्क की रसीद का प्रमाण रखें।
• उम्मीदवार को निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन करना चाहिए जैसा कि प्रॉस्पेक्टस में दिया गया है।
• कृपया पंजीकरण फॉर्म का प्रिंट भी रखें
• पंजीकरण फॉर्म में किए गए किसी भी संशोधन के बाद नए प्रिंटआउट लें।
• उम्मीदवार को केवल अपना या अपने माता-पिता के मोबाइल नंबर का ही उल्लेख करना आवश्यक है।
• ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल दर्ज करते समय कृपया अत्यंत सावधानी बरतें
• सभी सूचना / संचार पंजीकृत ईमेल / मोबाइल नंबर पर ही भेजे जाएंगे।
• उम्मीदवार फोटो, हस्ताक्षर JPG / JPEG प्रारूप में होना चाहिए (अधिकतम अपलोड आकार केवल 100 KB है।)।
• स्कैन किए गए मार्कशीट को वेटेज प्रारूप में होना चाहिए (अधिकतम अपलोड आकार केवल 120 KB है)।
• JPG / JPEG प्रारूप में स्कैन किए गए वेटेज प्रमाण पत्र (यदि कोई हो) (अधिकतम अपलोड आकार केवल 120 KB है)।
• कृपया फॉर्म भरने से पहले फोटो, हस्ताक्षर, इंटरमीडिएट मार्कशीट की स्कैन छवि तैयार रखें।
